At Hinge, I led the design organization across all product areas—core (dating outcomes), growth (monetization, international expansion), and trust & safety (compliance, preventing bad actors, etc...). I directed the end-to-end UX/UI for Hinge’s iOS and Android apps and built essential foundations like the design system, accessibility standards, and scaled design workflows that improved both output and operational efficiency.
I spearheaded the long-term product design vision for the company, introducing AI-driven personalization that redefined a new paradigm for online dating along with a modernized design language.
